Purecorn is the internet domain belonging to George Spicer Bredehoft (gsb), which would be me.
Back in the late 1990's, my wife Tanya and I wanted to set up a joint domain for our email and a web presence. Using our last names was impracticable from the standpoint of wanting it to be an easy-to-remember and spell domain name. After discussion, and some mental gymnastics, we came up with purecorn. It is really quite easy to remember, especially in context of explaining to people that we are, and it is, a bit corny and not pure porn.
The shared use of the domain was short lived, Tanya got her own domain for her interpretive design business, Artefact Design, and purecorn is now used exclusively for my work.
